Why "3 in 1"?
Who are we and what does "3 in 1" refer to?
As a Christian triathlon team, "3 in 1" has a dual meaning for us. We have chosen the name to both convey that we compete in THREE sports in ONE race AND that as Christians we believe in the Holy Trinity of the Father God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit

If you are a committed Christian (or would like to become one!) who is interested in improving both your PHYSICAL and SPIRITUAL health, we would LOVE to have you on our team! Our VISION for 3 in 1 is to become a fellowship of believers who are "sold out" in our commitment to grow in our personal relationship with Jesus Christ as well as in our desire to become the best that we can be in all that we do! It is our desire to use every God given talent that we have in seeking to BECOME more and more of the people who He has created us to BE.
